What Our Customers Say
Bought a bottle at the New Forest Show. Drink with generous slice of pink grapefruit, plenty of ice and tonic. Tastes like heaven.
Twisted Nose Gin
Truly something special with the most spectacular aromatic botanicals that with one sniff whisk you back to the middle ages. Magic.
Winchester Dry Gin
In simple terms, I love this gin! If you also like citrus then this gin is for you.
Hampshire Fine Dry Gin
HAMPSHIRE AT HEART
Everything we do has our home county of Hampshire at its heart. Take a peek behind the scenes below to see the care that goes into hand-crafting our small-batch Hampshire spirits.
Meet The Team
Founder & Managing Director
Paul possesses the refined (if twisted) nose behind all our spirits. He has obtained WSET Level 3 qualifications in both wine and spirits, holds an MBA and is a member of the spirits judging panel with the IWSC.
Gin enthusiast Mark joined the team as Sales Manager following seven years in the wine trade. Today he is responsible for growth of all the distillery’s trade sales.
Sian has extensive experience in the events industry and oversees all distillery trade & consumer events, supported by an enthusiastic team of brand ambassadors.
Molly came to us with a marketing and events background. She looks after the marketing of all things Winchester Distillery and ensures that you are kept up to date with what we are up to.
Emily expertly manages all the complex administration of the distillery and is the first point of contact for all our lovely customers.
Assisting Paul with production Fraser can mostly be found with his head down in the distillery, working along to some banging tunes. He also ensures that our premium spirits get into those pretty bottles, and out to all of our customers.
Distillery & Tasting Room
Unfortunately we're not open to the general public except at our advertised distillery events.
The distillery is situated just off the village green in Old Alresford, within the site of the Watercress Company.
