The Distillery
How do I find the distillery?
The
distillery is situated a short ten-minute walk from the centre of Winchester on
Nickel Close, SO23 7RJ. On entering the close you'll find the distillery on
your left in the middle of the second set of red units.
Do you have a shop?
Our
shop is currently only open during our distillery tours for booked guests.
Does the distillery have a car park?
Sadly not, but there are many public carparks just a few minutes walk away and there
may be spaces on the road outside of normal office hours.
What are your opening hours?
We are not open to the general public except during our published distillery
events.
Tours & Events
I've booked a distillery tour. When will I receive my tickets?
Distillery tour tickets are sent via email and will not be posted out to you. Please
check your inbox (and junk mailbox) for your tickets.
I've booked a distillery tour but am unable to make it. Can I get a refund?
We will do all we can to accommodate changes to bookings up to 7 days before the scheduled event, but
cannot offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
Can we bring children to the distillery?
Visitors under the age of 18 will not be allowed into the distillery. We use the Challenge 25 system where anyone looking under the age of 25 will be asked for ID before being allowed entry.
Are dogs allowed in the distillery?
Sadly, being a food production facility, no animals are allowed in the distillery.
Internet Orders
I've placed an order through your website. When will I receive my parcel?
Where possible, orders received before 2pm Monday-Friday are dispatched the same
day. Orders received outside this time are processed the next working day. Please allow 3-5 working days for standard delivery and 1-3 working days for express delivery.
Can I collect my order from the distillery?
We don't have a click-and-collect facility yet, but hope to offer this service in
the future.
Charities
Can you provide free stock for my charity?
We are inundated with sponsorship and stock requests from both local and national charities. As a small business we cannot help you all so instead choose charities around our home city of Winchester to whom we offer our support.
