- Autumn Hedgerow Gin 50ml
- Fentimans Herbal Tonic 150ml
- Garnish: Twist of Lemon Peel, Blackberries & Raspberries
- Glass: Balloon or Highball
Fill glass with good quality cubed ice. Pour over gin. Top with tonic, you want the ratio to be around 1 part gin to 2 or 3 parts tonic.
