Ingredients

  • Autumn Hedgerow Gin 50ml
  • Fentimans Herbal Tonic 150ml
  • Garnish: Twist of Lemon Peel, Blackberries & Raspberries
  • Glass: Balloon or Highball

Method

Fill glass with good quality cubed ice. Pour over gin. Top with tonic, you want the ratio to be around 1 part gin to 2 or 3 parts tonic.
