Autumn Walk
Ingredients

Autumn Hedgerow Gin 50ml
- Douglas Fir Cordial (see below) 15ml
- Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice 20ml
- Four Dashes of Orange Bitters
- Garnish: Douglas Fir Sprig
- Glass: Old Fashioned
Method
Shake then strain.
Douglas Fir Cordial
Ingredients: Water 250ml
Sugar 250g
Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice 60ml
Washed Douglas Fir Sprigs 100ml
Method: Add all ingredients to vac pac bag, vacuum and sous vide at 65 degrees for 1 hour. Cool and strain.
