- Hampshire Spring Meadow Gin 50ml
- Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice 25ml
- Sugar Syrup (2:1) 15ml
- Briottet Creme de Mure 15ml
- Garnish: Blackberries & Lemon Zest
- Glass: Old Fashioned
Shake all except for Creme de Mure and strain over fresh crushed ice. Gently pour Creme de Mure over the top and garnish.
