Dark & Stormy
A combination of dark rum, punchy ginger beer and citrus makes this famous cocktail so inviting.
Ingredients:
> 50ml Winchester Distillery Golden Rum
> 30ml of fresh lime juice, plus a lime wedge to garnish
> 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters (if you have it)
> 100ml punchy ginger beer such as Fevertree or we like to use Fentimans
Method:
Step 1:
> Add a large scoop of ice to a highball or collins glass. Add all of the ingredients to the glass, stir well then garnish with a lime wedge.
