Ingredients

  • Hampshire Fine Dry Gin 40ml

  • Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice 15ml
  • Sugar Syrup 10ml
  • English Sparkling Wine 80ml
  • Garnish: Lemon Twist
  • Glass: Highball or Flute

Method

Shake all except for sparkling wine and strain into chilled glass. Top with fizz and garnish.
