- 50ml Hampshire Winter Wassail Gin
- 150ml Cloudy fresh apple juice
- Cinnamon stick
- Star anise
- Sliced red apple
- Brown sugar cube
Heat the apple juice in a pan with the spices until warmed through, but do not boil.
Add the gin, stir and pour into punch cups. Add the sugar cube (if required) and stir until dissolved.
Garnish with sliced apple and the spices from the pan and drink while warm.
