Hampshire Winter Martini
Ingredients
- Hampshire Winter Wassail Gin 50ml
- Sacred Spiced English Vermouth 25ml
- Maraschino Liqueur 5ml
- Four Dashes of Orange Bitters
- Garnish: Maraschino Cherry
- Glass: Cocktail
Method
Combine all ingredients except bitters in a mixing glass and stir over ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish, and dash bitters onto surface.
