- 50ml Hampshire Summer Garden Gin
- 150ml Fevertree Mediterranean tonic water
- Sliced strawberries
- Basil leaves to garnish
- Plenty of ice
Fill a highball or copa glass with ice and add the strawberries and 'spanked' basil. Pour over the gin, add the tonic and gently stir. Serve immediately.
Enjoy outdoors in the garden or on the terrace, or wherever you can see some blue sky and catch a breeze from the summer heat.
