Winter Wassail Gin & Tonic

Ingredients

  • Hampshire Winter Wassail 50ml
  • Fever-Tree Indian Tonic 150ml
  • Garnish: Cinnamon Stick, Star Anise & Redcurrants 
  • Glass: Balloon or Highball

Method

Fill glass with good quality cubed ice. Pour over gin. Top with tonic, you want the ratio to be around 1 part gin to 2 or 3 parts tonic.
