Winchester Whisky Cask 001 is the first whisky released by the distillery. Originally created for our whisky crowd-funding investors, it is now available for general sale.
Drawn from a single carefully chosen cask and bottled in a limited run, it captures our early house style: clean, soft and lightly oaked.
Our first single malt, produced entirely at Winchester Distillery.
70cl · 40% ABV. Available for UK delivery.
