My favourite seasonal gin!

This literally is the holiday spirit in a glass, and is the perfect gin with a hint of Christmas pud to warm you on a cold night. I drink it neat because it is just so delicious on its own!

My Winchester Distillery favourite, and one of my favourite gins full stop

Christmas begins when the Winter gin is in the shops. I drink it with a slice of orange, blood orange ideally, and a little bit of basil. Lots of ice, a low calorie tonic, and I am happy. It feels warm and welcoming on a cold and wet or snowy day, and with the orange completes the tastes that are my Christmas memory.

Enjoyable

A very enjoyable gin but I would always love to know what the distillers recommend to serve with the gins that they make. You suggest a "good tonic" in the description above, but would you serve it with a slice of apple or a few fresh cranberries?

Hi Roger, we try not to be too prescriptive around how to serve our spirits as taste is so personal, however we make serving suggestions in the 'Mix' section on the main menu. For example, we have an amazing recipe for a 'Winter Wassail Warmer' using this gin.
